Eva leads the Support and Implementation of Financial Inclusion Solutions at Craft Silicon, ensuring seamless delivery and operational excellence across client engagements. She plays a key role in strengthening service reliability and driving impact through inclusive financial technologies, working closely with teams and clients to support sustainable growth.

Archana brings extensive experience in providing leadership in Quality Assurance activities, Stakeholder Management and Risk Management. She is responsible for heading Craft Silicon’s Quality Assurance department and has 14 years of experience in Software testing. Prior to joining Craft Silicon, she was working as Vice President in JP Morgan Chase, India.

She holds a Master of Computer Application Education Degree and is an ISTQB certified tester.

Arthur leads the Support and Implementation of the Bankers Realm Core Banking System at Craft Silicon, heading a dynamic team that services clients across multiple markets. He brings deep expertise in financial services and has successfully driven the delivery of large-scale core banking implementations for leading institutions, ensuring stability, performance, and client satisfaction.
